Job summary

LBAPS is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism under BCBA supervision, delivering services in home-based settings with occasional school or community placements.

We offer flexible scheduling, ongoing clinical support and mentorship from BCBAs, and a clear pathway toward BCBA supervision and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Experience with ABA data collection and documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families, supervisors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity.
• Provide services in home, school, and/or community settings.
• Collect and record session data accurately using Rethink within 24 hours.
• Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Spanish Speaking is a plus
