Elevated Kids is a BCBA-owned company specializing in a natural, play-based approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for toddlers and young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our evidence-based approach, called Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI), combines principles of ABA and developmental science, emphasizing parent coaching. What We Do

We are a family-focused, collaborative team offering the most effective developmental and behavioral support for young children with Autism. Our therapy is conducted in natural settings like homes and preschools, focusing on developmentally appropriate skills and active family involvement, especially parent coaching.

Job Description

We seek a creative, energetic ABA-NDBI Therapist passionate about early childhood development and play-based teaching. Candidates should be conversational in American Sign Language (ASL), experienced in early childhood development, developmental delays, ABA, and Autism, and eager to join our growing team providing high-quality care.

General Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with a BCBA to implement developmental behavioral interventions using ABA.
  2. Deliver direct ABA-NDBI therapy in natural environments, focusing on individualized, child-centered goals.
  3. Follow treatment plans and goals set by the BCBA.
  4. Support and model NDBI strategies for caregivers and teachers during routines.
  5. Collect and organize data to inform decisions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field (Required)
  • Master's Degree or current pursuit of one in ABA, Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related (Preferred)
  • At least 1 year of ABA therapy experience
  • At least 1 year working directly with children aged 0-6 diagnosed with Autism
  • Conversational in ASL required; fluency preferred
  • Knowledge of child development and delays
  • Experience with toddlers at risk or diagnosed with Autism is a plus
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Passion for high-quality intervention for children with Autism and delays
