Our therapy is delivered in natural settings like homes and preschools, emphasizing developmentally appropriate skills and family involvement, especially through parent coaching.

Job Description

We seek a creative, energetic ABA-NDBI Therapist passionate about early childhood development and play-based teaching. The ideal candidate will have experience with early childhood development, developmental delays, ABA, and Autism, and will join our team to provide high-quality, effective care.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a BCBA to implement developmental behavioral interventions using ABA therapy.
• Deliver direct ABA-NDBI therapy in natural settings to meet individualized goals.
• Implement treatment plans and support caregivers/teachers with strategies and techniques.
• Collect and analyze data to inform decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field (Required)
• Master's Degree or pursuing one in ABA, Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related (Preferred)
• At least 1 year experience in ABA therapy and working with children aged 0-6 with Autism.
• Knowledge of child development and developmental delays.
• Experience with toddlers at risk or diagnosed with Autism is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality intervention to young children with Autism.
