Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Master’s level ABA Student Analyst to support early intervention in a center-based setting. You will gather data, implement individualized plans, and develop clinical skills under BCBA supervision while advancing toward BCBA certification.

The program emphasizes structured growth, collaboration, and hands-on BCBA guidance. Eligible candidates are current master’s students with verified fieldwork hours and enrollment, seeking a clear pathway to clinical

Qualifications

• Accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000)
• All Restricted hours completed
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited masters program

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Shape development for children aged 18 months to 13 years
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans
• Develop clinical skills under BCBA supervision
• Collaborate with BCBA(s) and the care team
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining
