Qualifications

• Active state licensure required per local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and ABA experience.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s program per WAC 246-805-210; 135 hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, time-off approvals, and staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post-hire, compliance) is complete on time.
• Mentor supervisees and support their professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure/certification.
