Job summary

Associates in Pediatric Therapy seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA-based interventions under BCBA direction. You will conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop treatment plans, while guiding one-on-one intervention to language, social, play, and daily living skills with pediatric clients.

Responsibilities include documentation, collaboration with families and the care team, and ensuring compliance with state certification requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• In good standing with the BACB.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in clinic or home settings under BCBA guidance.
• Conduct initial and ongoing behavioural assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one intervention in language, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Complete documentation and supervisory requirements as required.
• Maintain daily treatment notes for billing and reporting.
• Participate in therapy meetings and CEU training as needed.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to support clients.
• Travel to assigned APT locations as needed.
