Job summary

Pathways Inc. - Kentucky is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral intervention services based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a BCBA.

The role supports client progress and treatment goals in a structured program. Required High School Diploma, and you must obtain and maintain RBT certification through BACB; transitional training is provided if not certified at hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain and maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the BACB; training provided if not certified at hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behavioral interventions in accordance with individualized Plan of Care.
• Implement ABA sessions using BST techniques as directed by a BCBA.
• Maintain an assigned caseload and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
• Monitor client progress and report observations to supervising BCBA.
• Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
• Seek consultation or make referrals when client needs fall outside the scope of behavioral services.
