Job summary

Summit Achievement Center is hiring full-time behavior implementers to work with students aged 5–21, under BCBA oversight. You will execute individual programming and behavior support plans while collecting data and coordinating with a special education teacher.

Responsibilities include crisis management, data graphing, and facilitating naturalistic teaching activities. The role offers benefits and opportunities for BCBA supervision to support BACB requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Prefer understanding of ABA principles.
• Experience with developmental disabilities/behavioral health helpful.
• Must be able to apply feedback promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized programming and behavior support plans.
• Follow data collection and graphing procedures.
• Facilitate naturalistic teaching opportunities and activities.
• Perform crisis management procedures to keep students and staff safe.
• Participate in ongoing training and teamwork with BCBA/special education staff.
