Job summary

Summit Achievement Center is hiring full-time behavior implementers to work with students aged 5 to 21 facing various developmental and behavioral challenges. Implementers will execute individualized programming and behavior support plans with oversight from Board-Certified Behavior Analysts and educators.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and experience in behavioral health is preferred. This position offers competitive pay, 401(k) matching, and professional development

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A general understanding of ABA principles preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to communicate professionally with staff and co-workers.
