The role involves implementing ABA strategies, assisting with classroom instruction, and helping students meet IEP goals under supervision of the ABA Co-Director. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of classroom experience.
• Understanding of behavioral characteristics associated with autism.
• Strong foundation in applied behavior analysis preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication, especially with parents and educators.
• Basic understanding of instructional methods and education curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing instructional programs and self-help/behavior management.
• Work with classroom team to support academics and behavior plans.
• Execute lessons as directed, including small-group or independent work.
• Prepare materials with the classroom teacher.
• Support students in routines, transitions, and self-care tasks.
• Apply ABA behavior intervention techniques as directed.
• Mentor and train Paraprofessionals on best practices.
• Follow tier-one behavioral supports and plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
