Arizona Autism Charter Schools, Inc. is hiring a Certified Classroom Teacher for the Tucson Elementary Campus (K-3). You will lead a classroom, implement AZACS curricula, and align instruction with students' IEP goals under campus leadership and ABA management.

The role requires a valid Arizona teaching certificate, a bachelor's degree, and experience with ABA and autism-focused education. Collaboration with SPED leadership and ongoing professional development are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid Arizona Department of Education Standard Teaching Certification.
• Enrollment in the AZACS Teaching Certification program or equivalent.
• Experience with ABA and autism education approaches.
• Experience with data collection and IEP processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead teacher in the classroom and coordinate with classroom staff.
• Implement state standards and AZACS curriculum.
• Coach and supervise classroom support staff with fidelity to instructional strategies.
• Maintain a safe, engaging learning environment.
• Plan weekly lessons aligned to IEP goals.
• Communicate with parents per AZACS guidelines.
• Modify materials to meet student needs and IEP requirements.
• Contribute to IEP development as appropriate.
