Arizona Autism Charter Schools, Inc. seeks a Non-Certified Classroom Teacher for Mesa East Valley Campus (K-3).

The role involves implementing AZACS curriculum and IEP goals under campus leadership, with ABA-based instruction and collaboration with SPED leadership and ABA Manager to support students on the autism spectrum. The candidate should have classroom teaching experience, ABA training, and be able to motivate staff, coordinate tasks, and participate in IEP development and regular school

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Enrollment in the AZACS Teaching Certification program or a college/university certification program is required after obtaining a bachelor's degree.
• Mastery and enthusiasm for best practices in autism education and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Experience and training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card.
• Experience in structured teaching and center-based model preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom and coordinate with support staff.
• Plan weekly lessons aligned with state standards.
• Provide daily feedback to support staff.
• Monitor data bi-weekly and adjust instruction.
• Communicate with parents per AZACS guidelines.
