Job summary

Qualifications

• Passion to work with school aged children.

Responsibilities

• Support students under the guidance of teachers and school staff.
• Assist students in learning across content areas in various group sizes.
• Support self-regulation and behavior management per plans.
• Provide sensory support as needed and assistive technology use.
• Assist communication between students and staff; support transitions throughout the day.
• Review IEPs as needed to ensure student needs are met.
• Provide personal care assistance as needed.
• Teach daily living skills as applicable.
• Maintain a safe, engaging classroom environment.
• Collaborate with ABA Technicians and other specialists.
• Collect data on skill acquisition and student behavior as required.
• Implement ABA teaching techniques and progress monitoring.
