Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking an ABA Clinical Trainee to join our RI team. This role focuses on supervised fieldwork hours, collaboration with treatment providers, and progressing toward BCBA licensure while supporting youth and families in our community.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Master’s program pursuing BCBA, with experience in ABA and a willingness to engage in comprehensive supervision, training, and job-embedded study. A retention bonus and strong mentoring are offered.

Qualifications

• ABA experience and fieldwork hours for BCBA credentialing.
• Proficiency with basic software and documentation practices.
• Willingness to engage in supervised fieldwork hours and coursework.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate quality behavioral health services by coordinating with clients and treatment providers.
• Supervise, train, and manage direct service staff and document programs.
• Pursue a master’s degree in ABA and build internship hours toward licensure.
• Earn supervised fieldwork hours required for BCBA licensure.
