Job summary

Northeast Family Services seeks an ABA Clinical Trainee to join our Providence RI team and help deliver quality behavioral health services while building fieldwork hours toward the BCBA credential.

The role offers full-time hours with strong supervision from a licensed BCBA, extensive training, and a robust benefits package designed for professional growth and licensure support.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Master’s program, pursuing BCBA credential.
• Accruing or looking to accrue fieldwork hours toward the BCBA credential.
• ABA experience.
• Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth and families.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals -Preferred.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Access to high speed secure internet required.

What You'll Do

Who You Are

Compensation

• Pay: Starting at $43,000 for Full Time
• Retention Bonus: $1500 @ 6 months
