Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Rhode Island seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join a rapidly growing ABA team with a truly flexible schedule. Full-time positions offer a 26-hour weekly minimum and summer-friendly reduced hours on Fridays.

The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, create treatment plans, supervise technicians, provide family consultations, and ensure thorough data collection and progress reporting to support client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework required.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing required.
• Current LABA preferred.
• Minimum of two years of related clinical experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Perform behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and deliver direct treatment.
• Complete documentation including data collection, graphing, and progress reports.
