Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking an ABA Clinical Trainee to join our Rhode Island team. This role offers fieldwork hours, study groups, BCBA study guidance, and a robust supervision structure to support licensure.

Ideal for recent grads with one year of ABA experience who want to grow into a BCBA, with a strong mentor network and tuition reimbursement options. Full-time schedule and essential field-based duties provided.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Master’s program pursuing BCBA credential.
• Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth and families.
• ABA experience required.
• Proficient with computers including Microsoft Office.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate quality behavioral health services by coordinating between clients and treatment providers.
• Supervise, train, and manage direct service staff and maintain related documentation.
• Pursue internship hours toward BCBA credential and build toward a full-time career as a BCBA.
• Support licensure hours through supervision and clinical activities.
