Job summary

Northeast Family Services is actively seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our ABA team in Rhode Island. The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and provide family trainings with a focus on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

We offer a truly flexible schedule, with mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. A $2,000 stay-on bonus is available and the role includes opportunities for ongoing supervision and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification and BACB ethics compliance.
• BACB-approved coursework completion preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and direct treatment for skill acquisition.
• Maintain documentation per policy, including progress reports and graphing data.
• Ensure adherence to ABA best practices and regulatory requirements.
