Northeast Family Services is seeking an ABA Clinical Trainee to join our RI team. This role offers fieldwork hours, study group support, and full guidance toward obtaining your BCBA while building internship experience into a full-time career.

Ideal for recent graduates with a year of ABA-related work with children, youth, and families, the position includes a strong supervision framework, ACE provider partnerships, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Master’s program pursuing BCBA credential.
• Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth and families.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Facilitate quality behavioral health services by serving as a liaison between clients and service providers.
• Supervise, train, and manage direct service staff and maintain program documentation.
• Build internship experience toward full-time BCBA career through supervision and fieldwork.
• Provide supervised hours contributing toward licensure requirements.
