Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or enrollment in BCaBA/BCBA program.
• Two years of related professional experience applying ABA methodologies with ASD.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing individualized programs for clients aged 14 months and older in natural settings.
• Provide program training and feedback to behavior technicians and parents.
• Supervise implementation and integrity of client treatment plans.
• Conduct regular visits with caregivers to review progress and data.
