Job summary

GOALS for Autism, Inc. is seeking Clinical Supervisor Interns to contribute to evidence-based ABA programs for clients 14 months and up in natural settings.

The role involves training staff, supervising treatment plan implementation, and caregiver education under BCBA guidance. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, enrollment in BCaBA/BCBA programs, and at least two years of relevant ABA experience; RBT supervision is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Enrollment in BCaBA program or BCBA program required.
• Two years of related professional ABA experience in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing individualized programs for clients aged 14 months and older in natural settings.
• Provides program training and feedback to behavior technicians and parents in naturalistic settings.
• Supervises implementation and integrity of client treatment plans by Behavior Technician.
• Supports assessments and data collection under BCBA direction, including caregiver visits and parent education.
• Ensures treatment plans meet medical necessity and maintains data collection on goals.
• Participates in group supervision at least twice per month and supports hiring events and trainings quarterly.
