Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field required.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary.
• Must pass tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes by using clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet 100% adherence monthly.
• Collaborate with caregivers and train behavioral technicians.
• Coordinate care with multiple professionals inside/outside the organization.
• Utilize assessments and data to adjust treatment protocols.
