Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) seeks a Clinical Supervisor II to oversee clinical treatment for a caseload of patients, develop and adjust plans, and supervise behavior technicians across various settings including center, home, and telehealth.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA and BACB certification, with ASD experience. Strong collaboration with caregivers and adherence to HIPAA are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA is required.
• BACB certification is required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Must pass tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Promote optimal outcomes using clinical judgment.
• Ensure 100% supervision hours adherence each month.
• Collaborate with and train caregivers, as well as coaching technicians.
• Provide ongoing coaching to behavioral technicians.
• Maintain thorough documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate care with other professionals inside and outside the organization.
