Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) seeks a Clinical Supervisor II to oversee all clinical aspects of treatment for patients under their supervision. This role includes evaluating skills and behaviors, developing treatment plans, guiding caregivers, and coaching technicians across center, home, school, or telehealth settings.

Requirements include a Master’s in Psychology or ABA, BACB certification, and ASD experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology or ABA or related field required.
• Certification as a behavior analyst from the BACB required.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Oversight of clinical treatment for patients and supervision of staff.
• Collaborate with caregivers and train behavioral technicians.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate care with other professionals.
