The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor II to oversee ABA treatment plans and supervise teams across centers, homes, schools, and telehealth. You will assess patient skills, design plans, coach caregivers, and ensure high-quality program delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Psychology or ABA, and BCBA certification, with ASD experience, strong data analysis, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Certification as a behavior analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Uses clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours are 100% adherence monthly.
• Coordinate care with caregivers, payers, and professionals.
• Coach behavioral technicians and supervise treatment implementation.
• Update treatment plans monthly based on patient response.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and data records.
