Job summary

The Center For Autism and Related Disorders, Inc. (CARD) seeks a Clinical Supervisor II to oversee all clinical aspects of treatment for assigned patients.

The role includes assessment, treatment planning, supervision of caregivers and technicians, and ongoing coaching to ensure high-quality ABA services across center, home, school, or telehealth settings. Requirements include a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA and BACB certification, with ASD experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field required.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BACB) required.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes for each patient through clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet 100% treatment adherence monthly.
• Communicate treatment responses to caregivers and payers.
• Coordinate care with other professionals inside and outside the organization.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and data records.
