Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in ABA, psychology, or a related field is required.
- At least 1 year of ABA experience with direct client care.
- Supervisory training or experience is a plus, not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Passion for leadership growth and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Carry a small caseload while supporting and supervising Behavior Technicians.
- Provide mentorship, training, and feedback to clinical staff.
- Monitor client progress and assist in treatment plan development.
- Deliver parent training to increase family engagement.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to ensure high-quality care.
- Contribute to team growth through leadership and program support.
