Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field.
• BACB certification is required.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Reliable transportation with auto insurance when necessary.
• Must pass tuberculosis test.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
• Ensure supervision hours meet 100% adherence monthly.
• Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths.
• Analyze behaviors to determine function and adjust plans.
• Supervise and coach behavioral technicians.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and communication.
