Job summary

Holding Hands Pediatric Therapy & Adult Services in Calabasas, CA is seeking a Mid-Tier Associate Clinical Supervisor to supervise ABA interventions, conduct behavioral assessments, and train caregivers, collaborating with RBTs and BCBA. Requires a Master’s degree and BCaBA or hours toward BCBA; strong writing and communication skills are essential.

The role offers field-based supervision, interdisciplinary teamwork, and opportunities for growth toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
• BCaBA Certification, OR accruing hours towards a BCBA Certification.
• 1+ years’ experience supervising children with ASD and designing/managing ABA-based treatment.
• Advanced knowledge about Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Experience with a variety of assessment tools and report writing.
• Excellent time management skills are a must.
• Bilingual (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and design ABA-based programs and plans.
• Oversee the implementation of 1:1 direct ABA intervention in home, community and educational settings.
• Ensure that accurate and ongoing data is collected reliably on client’s programs and plans.
• Monitor staff competency through direct observation and provide immediate feedback and modeling.
• Assess staff competency and performance through collection of fidelity of implementation and reliability data.
• Administrative work, such as assisting with progress reports.
• Conduct parent/caregiver trainings and consultations.
• Work closely with a BCBA to make each client’s program run smoothly.
