Job summary

Holding Hands, Inc. seeks an Associate Clinical Supervisor in Calabasas, CA, to lead ABA-based supervision and program development for neurodiverse clients. You will oversee 1:1 interventions in home, community, and school settings and collaborate with RBTs and BCBA staff to ensure program effectiveness.

The role emphasizes hands-on caregiver training, staff development, and data-driven program management within a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field is required.
• BCaBA Certification or hours toward BCBA are required/expected.
• Minimum 1+ years supervising children with ASD and ABA-based treatment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and design ABA-based programs and plans.
• Oversee 1:1 direct ABA intervention in home, community and educational settings; most supervision in the field.
• Ensure accurate and ongoing data collection for client programs and plans.
• Monitor staff competency through direct observation and provide feedback and modeling.
• Assess staff competency and performance through fidelity and reliability data.
• Assist with progress reports and other administrative tasks.
• Conduct parent/caregiver trainings and consultations.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team including RBTs and BCBAs.
