Job summary

Holding Hands is seeking a skilled BCBA in Calabasas, CA to lead clinical programs and mentor clinicians. The role centers on developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans across settings, with a focus on delivering high-quality care.

You will conduct FBA/FA, create BIPs, and supervise BTs/RBTs under your guidance. Travel between site locations is required, and you will collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and ABA therapy.
• Strong leadership and communication skills expected of a BCBA.
• Ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans as a BCBA.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA).
• Create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
• Supervise and train BT/RBT under BCBA guidance.
• Monitor progress and adjust programs based on data.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
