Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is hiring a Clinical Supervisor in Lakewood, CO. This full-time role oversees clinical treatment plans across center, home, school, or telehealth settings, supervising caregivers and technicians to ensure quality care for patients with ASD.

The position offers onsite, hybrid, and fully remote opportunities, relocation assistance up to $10,000, and a strong focus on ongoing education, mentorship, and career growth within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsibilities

• Uses clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet 100% treatment adherence each month.
• Evaluate patients to identify skills and deficits.
• Analyze challenging behaviors to identify function and plan interventions.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavior technicians.
