Job summary

Animate Behavior seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee daily operations of client services programs in Albany, CA. You will supervise RBT staff, ensure treatment fidelity, and coordinate adherence to BACB guidelines under a BCBA supervisor.

You will collect and analyze data weekly, modify treatment protocols as directed, and maintain credentials, safety, and ethical standards while supporting administrative tasks and scheduling.

Qualifications

• BCaBA equivalent coursework required.
• Minimum 1200 total experience hours with supervision under BCBA.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities across environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinical and administrative operations of client services programs.
• Supervises approximately three to eight RBTs.
• Ensure fidelity and IOA data collection and reporting.
• Propose and adjust treatment goals and data collection systems as directed by CS.
• Coordinate scheduling and coverage; ensure compliance with safety and ethics.
