Centria Autism in Indianapolis seeks an experienced Director of Clinical Services to lead ABA programs, mentor clinical teams, and drive clinical excellence across markets.

You will oversee treatment fidelity, support Supervising Clinicians and Behavior Technicians, and shape staff development through coaching, case reviews, and targeted training. Centria offers strong compensation, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience with autism-focused clinical teams.
• Experience navigating high-stress clinical moments and guiding teams.
• Familiarity with assent-based ABA, Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment.

Responsabilités

• Lead clinical teams and supervise Supervising Clinicians and Behavior Technicians.
• Review treatment plans and monitor outcomes to ensure individualized, evidence-based care.
• Evaluate treatment fidelity and supervision practices across the region to maintain clinical excellence.
• Deliver targeted trainings and coaching to enhance clinician performance and maintain best practices.
