Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead ABA services across a dynamic, mission-driven environment. You will mentor Supervising Clinicians and Technicians, oversee client care, and ensure evidence-based, assent-friendly ABA practices.

With a base salary of $100,000–$110,000 and bonus opportunities, you’ll access leadership training and built-in support systems to drive clinical excellence and staff development in Norfolk, VA.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism in a clinical setting.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred, or strong track record of case oversight and mentor experience.
• Crisis management experience in high-stress clinical environments.
• Familiarity with Practical Functional Assessment (PFA), Skills-Based Treatment (SBT), and assent-based ABA.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical teams and client care with data-driven decision making.
• Mentor Supervising Clinicians and Behavior Technicians with feedback and oversight.
• Evaluate treatment fidelity and clinical impact across the region.
• Deliver targeted staff training and ensure high-quality therapy delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership to align staffing, caseloads, and service quality.
