Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead ABA programs for children with autism, mentor BCBA-level clinicians and drive clinical excellence. You will shape treatment models, ensure high-quality, evidence-based care, and foster a supportive, collaborative environment across teams.

Ideal candidates have extensive leadership experience, crisis management skills, and a track record of improving clinical outcomes within Centria’s assent-based ABA framework.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in autism clinical settings.
• Experience supervising BCBA-level clinicians and Behavior Technicians.
• Crisis management skills and composure under high-stress moments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client progress by guiding treatment plans and outcomes.
• Mentor Supervising Clinicians and Behavior Technicians with regular feedback.
• Lead clinical excellence by evaluating fidelity and impact across teams.
• Deliver targeted training to improve skills and maintain best practices.
• Collaborate with Area Directors and Operations to align staffing and service quality.
• Support Elevate practicum supervision and mentorship programs.
• Champion Centria’s clinical experience and caregiver partnership.
