Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Services to lead ABA programs, mentor Supervising Clinicians and Behavior Technicians, and drive clinical quality. This role offers a dynamic, mission-driven environment where patient care comes first and staff support is strong.

You’ll oversee treatment fidelity, data-driven decision making, and provide advanced leadership training. Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 with bonus opportunities averaging $2,500 per month,

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism in a clinical setting.
• 3+ years supervisory experience preferred, or strong track record of case oversight and mentorship (min 2 years), with practicum mentorship preferred.
• Crisis management experience in high-stress clinical moments is highly valued.
• Familiarity with evidence-based ABA practices (PFA, SBT, assent-based ABA) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive client progress by reviewing treatment plans and monitoring outcomes to ensure individualized, evidence-based care.
• Mentor clinical teams through case reviews, feedback, and ongoing support to ensure high-quality therapy.
• Lead clinical excellence by evaluating treatment fidelity and supervision practices across the team.
• Deliver targeted training and workshops to Supervising Clinicians and Behavior Technicians to enhance clinical performance.
• Collaborate with Area Directors and Operations to align staffing, caseloads, compliance, and service quality across the region.
• Support Elevate practicum supervision and mentorship programs to develop future clinicians.
• Champion the Centria experience through caregiver check-ins and ensuring families feel supported and engaged.
