Job summary

Ally Behavior is seeking Clinical Fellows to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 6 years at our center in Maryland. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, collect data, and implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

The role requires active RBT certification, enrollment/completion of a Master’s in ABA, and a commitment to on-site hours from 8:45am to 5:15pm, with potential BCBA certification pursuit and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• RBT certification in good standing with Ally.
• Enrollment in or completion of a Master’s program in ABA or related field.
• Intention to pursue BCBA certification and on-site availability 8:45am–5:15pm.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with clients for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Support less senior RBTs on the team and assist with unrestricted activities.
• Collect and track data to monitor client progress through Central Reach.
• Submit client session notes within 24 business hours.
• Implement BCBA-developed treatment plans that are unique to each child.
• Report client progress to the BCBA and assist in updating goals as necessary.
• Assist the BCBA with training families on treatment plan implementation.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and attend team meetings as scheduled.
• Maintain strict client confidentiality according to HIPAA protocol.
• Failure to meet Clinical Expectations may result in disciplinary action.
