Job summary

Ally Behavior Centers in Odenton, MD, is seeking Clinical Fellows for a full-time, center-based ABA therapy program to help young learners reach their potential. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, work with clinical leaders, and contribute to data-driven progress monitoring.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in or have completed a Master’s in ABA, hold an RBT and BLS certification, and demonstrate reliability and HIPAA compliance while working on-site from 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM.

Responsibilities

• Works one-on-one direct with clients for a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Support less senior RBTs on the team and assist with unrestricted activities
• Collect and track data to monitor client progress through Central Reach
• Submit client session notes within 24 business hours
• Implement BCBA-developed treatment plans tailored to each child
• Report client progress to the BCBA and assist in updating goals
• Assist the BCBA with training families on treatment plan implementation
• Collaborate with other clinicians and attend team meetings as scheduled
• Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA
