Job summary

Ally Behavior Centers is seeking Clinical Fellows to provide high-quality ABA therapy for young children. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, collect data, and help learners reach communication and social goals while following BCBA plans.

The role requires current RBT status with 90-day completion, enrollment in or completion of a Master’s in ABA, and on-site work from 8:45am to 5:15pm, Monday through Friday. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

  • Tenure with Ally Behavior as an RBT and exited the 90‑day introductory period.
  • In good standing with no active disciplinary actions.
  • Must be enrolled in or have completed a Master’s program in ABA.
  • On-site availability 8:45am–5:15pm, Monday–Friday.
  • Physically able to work on the floor with children and assist with toileting.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy with clients for at least 20 hours per week.
  • Support less senior RBTs and assist with unrestricted activities.
  • Collect and track client data; monitor progress in Central Reach.
  • Submit session notes within 24 business hours; report progress to BCBA.
  • Assist BCBA with training families on treatment plan implementation.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and attend scheduled team meetings.
  • Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA; adhere to policy standards.

Ally Behavior is a full-time, center-based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy program, serving children with autism ranging from 18 months to 6 years of age. Job Summary:

Our Clinical Fellows are energetic, motivated individuals who provide high quality ABA Therapy, collaborate with our clinical leaders, and help our learners maximize their potential. These individuals possess great professionalism and communication skills at Ally Behavior.

Position Eligibility:
  • Tenure with Ally Behavior as a RBT, having exited your 90-day introductory period
  • In good standing with no active disciplinary actions
Clinical Responsibilities:
  • Works one-on-one direct with clients for a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Support less senior RBTs on the team and assist with unrestricted activities
  • Collect and track data to monitor client progress through Central Reach
  • Responsible for submitting client session notes within 24 business hours
  • Implement BCBA-developed treatment plans that are unique to each child
  • Report client progress to the BCBA and assist in updating goals as necessary
  • Assist the BCBA with training families on treatment plan implementation
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and attend team meetings as scheduled
  • Maintain strict client confidentiality according to HIPAA protocol
  • Failure to meet Clinical Expectations will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment
Core Responsibilities:
  • For full time staff, be present at the assigned location from the hours of 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM Monday through Friday.
  • Attend morning all-staff meetings at 8:45 AM
  • Must be actively enrolled in or have completed a Master’s program in ABA
  • Due to the nature of working with young children, all clinical staff are required to change diapers, assist with toileting, and be able to physically work on the floor with children.
  • Failure to meet Key Duties will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment
Fundamental Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining clinical excellence by reaching out to Clinical Leadership teams with more challenging clinical needs/concerns.
  • Maintain positive relationships with Center Operations and Clinical Leadership departments in execution and adherence of Ally Behavior standard policies and procedures
  • Foster a collaborative working environment amongst other clinical disciplines
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, squat, run or stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to reach and hold objects
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds
Experiential & Certification Requirements:
  • Enrollment in or completion of a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Intention to pursue BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Valid RBT certification
  • BLS Certification
  • Ability to be on-site from 8:45am-5:15pm Monday through Friday required
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
