Job summary

Triumph ABA in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced BCBA with an active NC LBA license to serve as Clinical Director / Lead BCBA. This hands-on, client‑facing role provides primary clinical leadership for the Raleigh center and carries an assigned caseload.

Qualifications

• Must hold NC LBA licensure as a BCBA.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Part-time start with potential for increased clinical hours as caseload grows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned client caseload and provide direct BCBA services.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and treatment planning.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BCBAs and technicians.
• Oversee data review, caregiver collaboration, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ABA standards, ethics, and payer requirements.
