Job summary

The Fort Wayne Clinical Director at Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. leads clinical services and quality assurance for ABA at the Fort Wayne center.

You will mentor clinicians, oversee program delivery, and ensure ethical, outcomes-focused practice across the team. You will collaborate with operations leadership to align services with organizational standards, manage a direct-c-line of supervisors, and support staff development while maintaining a consistent caseload and high-quality client

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Indiana.
• Experience providing ABA services.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Ability to mentor and support developing clinicians.
• Prior supervisory or clinical leadership experience.
• Experience supporting an ABA team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and support to BCBAs and clinical team members.
• Monitor quality of programming and ensure services align with standards.
• Support effective implementation of ABA principles across the clinic.
• Provide consultation, coaching, and mentorship to clinicians.
• Assist with complex cases and clinical decision-making as needed.
• Facilitate clinical discussions, peer reviews, and case consultations.
• Support onboarding and professional development of clinical staff.
• Provide feedback and guidance to promote clinician growth.
• Help foster a collaborative, supportive clinic culture.
• Monitor clinical documentation, authorization requirements, and service quality.
• Support compliance with company standards and payer requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Use data and outcome measures to guide clinical decision-making.
• Partner with operations leadership to support clinic goals.
• Participate in site meetings, scheduling discussions, and leadership meetings.
• Assist with problem-solving related to staffing, client needs, and service delivery.
• Support continued growth and development of the Fort Wayne location.
