Job summary

Acorn Health seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as Clinical Director in the Downtown Orlando area. You will lead clinical teams, drive service quality and growth, and oversee BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs across multiple settings including centers and homes.

You will manage operations, promote evidence-based treatment, and participate in hiring while maintaining a reduced clinical caseload. Opportunities for professional development and leadership growth are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• 3 years of experience as a practicing BCBA required.
• Experience leading ABA teams and managing client programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of key service, quality, and growth initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day operations of services, including staff scheduling.
• Provide clinical management and oversight to BCBAs, BCaBAs and RBTs.
• Ensure treatment plans reflect client input and evidence-based practices.
• Conduct staff and caregiver trainings and oversee staff development.
