Job summary

My Team ABA is seeking a Director of Clinical Growth and Development in Baltimore to lead strategic growth, payer relations, and community partnerships. You will shape processes, expand access to ABA services, and guide a collaborative clinical team, reporting to senior leadership.

A BCBA, LBA license in MD, and 2+ years in ABA business development are required. You will oversee clinical and operational growth, build payer networks, and mentor BCBA/RBT staff while upholding ethical,

Qualifications

Master's degree required.
Active BCBA certification and Maryland LBA license preferred.
Minimum 2 years in business development, partnerships, or leadership within ABA.
Experience with Medicaid and commercial payers, credentialing, and contracting preferred.
Strong project management, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with OBM and data-driven organizational growth.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership across business development, payer relations, and community partnerships.
Drive organizational growth and expansion of ABA services in Baltimore.
Support hiring and workforce development for BCBAs and RBTs.
Collaborate with leadership to implement OBM-driven processes.
Lead and manage multiple projects with clear goals, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
Utilize CRM and data reporting to monitor progress and inform decisions.
