May Institute’s School for Autism in Randolph, MA, seeks a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead transformative ABA services for children with autism. You will mentor clinical staff, design and oversee ABA programs, and collaborate with educators and families to create individualized support plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (required) or higher; PhD preferred in a related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• 3+ years of experience designing ABA treatment programs in a school setting.
• Strong leadership in staff supervision, training, and problem-solving.
• Deep knowledge of ABA best practices, IEP processes, and special education regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Assistant Clinical Directors and school-based clinicians.
• Develop and oversee ABA programs, including Functional Behavior Assessments and Verbal Behavior frameworks.
• Train and support teachers and staff to ensure consistent, high-quality behavioral interventions.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to create individualized support plans.
• Drive innovation by shaping clinical training and systems improvements.
