Job summary

Bancroft is seeking an ABA Clinical Associate for the Lindens Center in Mount Laurel, NJ. This non-exempt, full-time in-person role supports children and adults with autism and related developmental disabilities through Applied Behavior Analysis therapy.

The position offers a Sunday–Thursday 11pm–7am shift with an hourly rate of $22.32–$22.74 plus incentives. Bancroft provides comprehensive benefits, tuition assistance, and career growth opportunities within a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or enrollment in a four-year degree program.
• Minimum of 60 credits in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Human Services or a related field.
• Willingness to work Sunday–Thursday 11pm–7am.

Responsibilities

• Apply ABA therapy methods to teach life skills and help children and teens achieve goals.
• Carry out ABA behavioral treatment plans and assist in transitioning residents to other environments.
• Provide assistance with activities such as personal hygiene, social awareness, meals, money management, and housekeeping.
• Transport and accompany residents to appointments and community outings.
• Collect observational data and complete all required paperwork.
• Communicate with residents, families, and guardians.

Education
