Job summary

Bancroft in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking an ABA Clinical Associate for the Lindens Children's Program on the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm). You will apply ABA techniques to teach skills, support treatment plans, and help children and teens progress toward greater independence.

Responsibilities include data collection, coordinating with families, transporting to activities, and documenting progress, with opportunities for supervision hours toward BCBA/BCaBA requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidate has a Bachelor's degree or is currently enrolled in a four-year degree program.
• Minimum of 60 credits in Psychology, ABA, Social Work, Human Services or related field.
• Experience with Developmentally Disabled or brain injury populations is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Apply ABA therapy methods and techniques to teach important life skills.
• Carry out ABA behavioral treatment plans and help prepare individuals for transition to other environments.
• Provide assistance with activities such as personal hygiene, social awareness, meal preparation, money management, and housekeeping.
• Transport and accompany individuals to appointments and community outings.
• Collect observational data and complete all necessary paperwork.
• Communicate with residents, families, and guardians.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related fields

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree

60 credits in Psychology, ABA, Social Work, Human Services or related field
