Job summary

Bancroft is hiring a Clinical Associate for the Lindens Center for Autism in Mt Laurel, NJ. In this role, you will apply ABA techniques to help children and teens develop essential life skills and support their transition to other living environments.

This is a non-exempt, full-time, in-person position with a supportive team and opportunities for growth. The Lindens Center emphasizes compassionate care, hands-on training, data collection, and collaboration with families.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a four-year degree program.
  • Completed minimum of 60 credits in Psychology, ABA, Social Work, Human Services or a related field.
  • Want to make a difference in the lives of autistic, intellectually, and developmentally challenged individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Apply ABA therapy methods and techniques to teach important life skills and help children and teens achieve their goals.
  • Carry out ABA behavioral treatment plans and help prepare individuals to eventually transition to other residential environments.
  • Provide assistance with activities such as personal hygiene, social awareness, meal preparation, money management, and housekeeping.
  • Transport and accompany individuals to appointments and community outings.
  • Collect observational data and complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Communicate with residents, families, and guardians.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a four-year degree program

Location: Mt Laurel, NJ

Employment Type: Non-exempt Full Time In Person

Department: Lindens

Schedule: Wednesday 7a-4p, Thursday 7a-3p, Friday 7a-4p & Saturday 7a-9p

Hourly Rate: $22.32-$22.74 Plus additional incentive
