Job summary

Mercy Plus is seeking a Fieldwork/Practicum Student who is actively pursuing BCBA or BCaBA certification and completing fieldwork hours. Earn $23–$25/hour while gaining hands-on ABA experience under supervision.

You'll work directly with clients, implement treatment plans, collect data, and learn from experienced BCBAs. This role provides mentorship, exposure to assessments, data analysis, and clinical documentation as part of the fieldwork path toward certification at Mercy Plus.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in degree pathway toward BCBA/BCaBA certification.
• Actively completing supervised fieldwork requirements.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with clients, families, technicians, and leadership.
• Commitment to high-quality, ethical ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services to clients.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans.
• Collect and analyze client data.
• Participate in BCBA supervision and clinical training.
• Develop skills in assessment and treatment programming.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, technicians, families, and center leadership.
• Participate in supervised fieldwork activities toward certification.
• Build clinical judgment and confidence toward BCBA/BCaBA.
