Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is seeking Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians/RBTs for our Pearland clinic. We offer paid training, supervision, and a structured path for career growth in clinic-based ABA therapy for children with autism.

Schedules run 8am-6pm, Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays. Full-time preferred; part-time requires availability within those hours and 25+ hrs/week. Benefits include training support and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic is required.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days if not certified.
• Must pass background check, including child abuse registry clearance, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
